Brian Balthazar is a journalist and comic in New York City, not to mention editor of POP GOES THE WEEK. He recently appeared as a comic and panelist on “The Joy Behar Show,” “Showbiz Tonight,” ”The Today Show” on NBC and “The Early Show” on CBS. He often provides Hollywood Scoop and analysis on MSNBC, and as a talking head on POP Culture programs, including “Oxygen’s 25iest.” He recently appeared in a Jim Carrey episode of "Biography," and will soon be featured on in a Speed Channel special showcasing the top car chases on film.
Balthazar recently served as a guest-in-residence during the Tony Awards live backstage coverage for CBS and TonyAwards.com, and has made several appearances on the Dr. Oz show, both as a roving reporter and as an undercover "camdid camera" style foil for strikingly funny and fascinating reports about how Americans look at health and dieting.
He also appeared on the Sirius Radio show 'Whatever' with Alexis Stewart and Jennifer Hutt.
